Terrestrials and PMDs – Green River Fishing Report

Green River Fishing Report

Green River Fishing Report – (8.8.20)

Flows on the Green are getting low but there is still plenty of good fishing to be had. Anglers will see best fishing opportunities as well as dry fly fishing opportunities during low light periods – morning and evening.  Afternoons are getting warm, so be sure to land fish quickly and use the thickest tippet possible. Dry dropper fishing with leftover Golden Stones and Drake patterns have been productive. We are also hatches of PMDs and Caddis. Terrestials are making a large play as well. Large streamers during low light periods can produce some surprises!
