Please mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual Fisherman’s Dinner, hosted by Friends of the Teton River Friday, May 28th, from 5 until 9 pm. Join us at the Overlook Lodge at River Rim Ranch to celebrate 10 years of watershed conservation in Teton Valley.
Angus Duncan, the Founder and President of The Bonneville Environmental Foundation, will present the keynote address “Wild Watersheds of the West: Their Past and Our Future.” Duncan, the creator of Green Tags and Renewable Energy Certificates and has made significant contributions to cap-and-trade markets, water and energy efficiency, and climate change policy over the course of his career.
Enjoy artwork by local photographer Leland Howard, delectable food, live music and a silent and live auction including river art, fishing trips, and fly fishing rod and reel packages. All proceeds from the evening will benefit Yellowstone cutthroat trout habitat and the vitality of the local fishery.
Last year’s event was sold out, so reserve your tickets in advance. $80/individual and $145/couple. Ask about “group sales” and receive a discount on tables of 8 or 10.
