Salt River Fishing Report – (10.8.19)
Fall continues its firm grasp on the Star Valley area of Wyoming. The Salt is clear and stable; conditions are great. Look for dry dropper fishing to continue to hold on strong with golden imitations, chernobyls and hoppers when the weather is sunny and hot. Baetis are around during the cool cloudy days and will increase in importance as fall progresses. Anglers looking for large brown trout coming out of Palisades Reservoir should be ready to get down and dirty with streamers and nymphs.
