South Fork Fishing Report – (3.24.20)
The South Fork of the Snake offers great early spring fishing opportunities. Flows are now at 5000 cfs. Look for fish to take up home in slower water types for the winter season. Mostly Midges have been out and about during warm spells. Nymphing with Rubberlegs, small pheasant tails, zebra midges and BWO imitations will continue to be the most productive method for the early spring months. The Dam and Husky have been plowed! Bring a rope if you want to take out at the bridge! Lower River, except Cottonwood, is open as well.
