Yellowstone Fishing Report – (9.17.20)
The fishing season in Yellowstone National Park is open. As summer ends and fall progresses, Anglers will have plenty of fishing opportunities in YNP. The Lamar and Slough Creek portions of the park should continue to fish well with leftover terrestrials and the start of BWOs. The West Side of the Park, most notably the Firehole and Madison, should pick up as days and nights cool off. Be ready with Caddis and BWOs and maybe some leftover Terrestrials. Swinging soft hackles and streamers can also be very productive. Look for some big fish to start showing up in the Madison this time of year as they prep to spawn.
